Q: Do I need to install any driver?

A: Yes, you need to install the driver (by using the USB disk included the package), then you can connect your device to QQH 15.6” laptop screen extender.

Q: Why is the screen flickering?

A1: Check USB-C or USB-A port Connection. Poor contact can cause the screen to flicker.
A2: Insufficient power supply. Please use included 5V/3A power adpater to charge the monitor.

Q: The disply shows “No Signal”

A1: Please check the USB-C or USB-A port on your device is full-featured.
A2: Check if the cable is original or FULL-FUNCTIONAL.
A3: Make sure you connect the cable to Upper USB-C port on the monitor.
Note: Upper USB-C port is full-functional and lower USB-C port is just for power supply.
A4: Make sure your laptop systerm is MacOS, Wins or Android, Our monitor supports these systerm, and check if the driver installs sucessfully.

Q: How to make Z80A more stable?

A1: Fully open the rear stand and tilt it slightly backward, not straight up. (Fully open the rear stand)
A2: Place your laptop directly in front of the center panel and gently rest the laptop screen against the center panel. This creates a three-point support system and significantly increases stability. (Place your laptop directly in front of the center panel)
A3: Adjust both the left and right displays so they lean slightly backward, rather than being fully upright. (Adjust both the left and right displays)

Q: Why doesn't the Z80A use a clip-on design?

A1: Avoid pressure or potential damage to the laptop screen (Avoid pressure).
A2: Ensure better compatibility with different laptop thicknesses and screen sizes (better compatibility).

Q: Why does the monitor requires screen recording after installing the driver?

A: On MacBook, macOS may request screen recording permission when installing the driver. This is a standard system security prompt required for USB video output and is generated by macOS itself.
